In my personal opinion, I prefer to put a role with focus on pace and acceleration, for the position they are supposed to play. I don't do micro-optimization to get players with 20 Pace and Acceleration, I prefer to play it like a normal human being, buy young fast players, and accept if they only grow them to 18-19 instead.


So what do you suggest to train the role or only the position?

You can move them around, but don't add extra training or change rest to recovery, otherwise it will change and give different (inferior) training results. There is a delicate balance between rest sessions and training sessions going on.



This seems best, but you can change it if you want to, it seems to be mainly injury vs training tradeoff. This favors low injury rate.

How do you get to this screen? I am getting this option of IP and OOP roles?

I have achieved something extraordinary, after winning all the four trophies with Arsenal in the first season, in the second season I have won all the 7  trophies in my second season thanks to the Deadpool

Sign tall fullbacks who are good in defending example Josh Doig!

If you need to score increase attacking width slightly.

If you have poor defenders try to use more standard defensive line!

For keeping result in last 10 min add play for set piece and time waste much often!

How do we delete a tactic thread which has been tested?
Hey,

I have created a 424 tactic that is by far the best tactic i have tried on FM26 so far. I would like people to test and tell me what they think.
It doesn't matter whether you go on holiday, instant result or play, the tactic works on all. Instant result with no match plan at home and strangle game for away games.
It is attacking, fast paced, high scoring and high intensity. Works best with fast players with high stamina.
Ive tested with Arsenal, won 4 trophies in the 1st season - the Carabao Cup, the FA Cup, The EPL and the Champions League.
