I present to you the most broken 4-3-3 formation in FM26, with only one loss all season. I play with PSG, but using the 86/87 database, so it's an average team, not a top team.
For training, etc., do as you see fit; it's a plug-and-play tactic, no changes necessary.

It's not about the tactic mate, its the stats..how does the M.E. correlate the stats to goal in 2 out of 2 and 1 in 13 I really cannot understand
