kvasir said: Yeah, I've done that. Back in FM21, I used tactics from ZaZ. He had two alternative tactics besides the main one: a light one for when you're leading by a couple of goals to save player energy, and a darker, more aggressive one, for when you're behind by 2 goals. I set these up in my match plans and they worked pretty well.
I haven't used this approach in the latest version, though. I don't rely much on instant results now because my team ends up drawing or losing matches they should've easily won. This doesn't happen as much when I play the games myself. I'll probably give it another shot now that you mention. Expand
Yeah i was using ZaZ tactics similar to You did, trying something like this on Console Edition but not much luck, i watching games and do proper save on PC... But when i have no time work, kids etc. I want something faster and less thinking.

Thanks
Im testing on both PC and console version, top PC tactics usually wininng division on console they getting 4th or 5th, i know it should be the same, but i have doubts sometimes
I like all this tests done on this site, all helpful threads done by this outstanding FM players, but i don't think that speed is most important for every position: CM, DM or CD can be 11/10 pace acceleration, having 14/15 other important atributes for their position and perform better than just fast players. I think following atributes highlighted by FM can do best job.
game is pretty unrealistic at the moment or tactics are too good, two top tactic used here one with attacking mentality home and one with standard for away. only one transfer done.
relegation candidate in Polish second division med pred 17! won league and national cup( yes! euro cup next year) with great defence, and just one loan in. console version this time
Hoping someone can help to differentiate the best (actually useful) attributes for two different DM roles. It seems that Volante is definitely a widely used role, but so is DM (Def) - just curious what a good balance/mix of attributes actually is given the importance to Pace/Acc vs Tackling/Marking if I actually want a good DM (Def) to close down games or alternate roles a bit. Or is it just no matter what, even for DM (Def) just get Pacey DMs with decent Jumping Reach and call it a day?
Thanks! Expand
if you mot sure what type of DM works best check out Zlatko's channel, He has great knowladge about this game

Test will tell you which set up and formations works best with current ME, but if You play game right way you can overachieve in Your personal saves with your own formation(even unpopular in test leagues) its all about morale and team building.

drag down AMC to CM A, Move up one DM to CM A position making this 4123 for away games. Add PI's tackle harder, shoot less often to CM'sA
