I have updated my tactic to the 2.0 version. Hopefully, it will score better than my 1.0. Included a quick holiday sim with Liverpool where they won all competitions.

This is my first tactic in FM23. I tested by holidaying in the new update (23.2). Seemed to work well for me. I do not believe it is as effective as the 424 but I personally prefer this.
