Championship title in the first season using this tactic after 3 years trying with different systems (120 goals). 8th place in PL in the first season, after a few transfers, winning games against Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man United, Spurs. A lot of goals, some weird losses, but awesome experience. Thanks! Expand

From my own tests, AWBs & OCBs seemed to work slightly better with the same foot as the side they are on; and the opposite for IFs. As for AMs the preferred foot didn't matter.

Usually the tactic is better if the score is higher.
As for the "plug-and-play" thing, a tactic being non-"plug-and-play" means the tactic is either: 1.Not using some common positions (like meta striker-less formations or a 4213 formation without wingers) since most teams would have to replace or retrain players with only these positions; 2. Using positions like LM/RM that most players would not be fully proficient in (like a 442 flat formation) and again resulting in the need of signing or retraining.

From my own tests balanced mentality results in similar results, at least for this tactics.
