AM shifted to CHF

Moved the left and right SS to IFs and trying AM instead of SS

BaconKing1 said: I noticed that the left sided center back doesn't have shoot less often on but the right sided one does. Is this intentional or accidental. Is it some game mechanic I don't understand.

No sorry, that's wrong, both should have shoot less often. Thanks for pointing that out, didn't realise.
Trying a 343 with BBMs as DMs and 3 SSs

Added shoot less often to CHMs and BCB

Just trying something a little different with this 4231

Tackle harder added to GK, shoot less often added to BCB added cut inside to IFs

Thanks for checking! Since FMAlexjvScoutCore.dll is the only file there now, in theory you shouldn't need to install anything — that button only appears when the plugin file is missing.

To see what's actually happening on your end: could you relaunch FM26, load your save, press F9, then send me a fresh copy of BepInEx/LogOutput.log? The one you sent before was several weeks old, so it won't reflect your current setup.

Thanks!

All working, thanks for all the help, we got there in the end :) Now I just need to figure out how to use it haha

Alexjvsoftware said: Thanks for the report! I think I know what's likely going on — this specific error usually means the plugin isn't managing to inject into the FM26 process at all, and antivirus silently blocking it is the most common cause (BepInEx's loading method is a known trigger for AV heuristics).

Could you send me the content of BepInEx/LogOutput.log? It's in your FM26 install folder, next to winhttp.dll. If it has no fresh entry from your last launch, that confirms it's not injecting at all.

In the meantime, worth checking Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Exclusions, and adding your FM26 folder if it's not already there, then restarting FM26 and trying F9 again.

Thank you, I've send the content of LogOutput.log via message and I've also tried the exclusion method but unfortunately still no joy. I've read that a separate console window should open alongside FM, is this correct? and if so, then I'm not seeing that.

Thanks
Hey, I'm trying out your application, but I'm getting the following error -

I've pressed F9 and restarted the game but still getting this. Any suggestions please? Thanks
archieboytom said: This is the best tactic I ever downloaded for Chelsea. It still has the issues and my winger passing back to midfielders and shoot but it still created the best result! Do you have an away tactic against strong team?

No sorry, I just use this as a plug and play tactic. However, if you are struggling away, then I would recommend removing work ball into box, essentially you want to try and go shoot on sight, so remove instructions that you think may help with that
Dadinho said: Thanks for the tactic bro, but why press less often on BCB ?

Stops them from leaving their areas on the pitch which in turn stops them leaving space in behind
Added dribble less to OCBs and BCB, added shoot less often to BCB

Removed width from AWBs and added sit narrower to IFs, also set cross engagement to balanced

Trying a flat back 5

Trying a few balanced IP instructions, balanced dribbling, progression and build up strategy and standard patience

Trying a different OOP formation with some role changes, BCB to move into DM OOP and DM to PDM

Trying a different OOP formation

FmGuy said: what are player instructions?

AWB - Sit narrower, shoot less often, cross from byline, press more often and tackle harder
OCBs - Shoot less often, take more risks, shorter passing, press less often and tackle harder
BCB - Shorter passing, press more often and tackle harder
CHMs - Move into channels and tackle harder
IFs - Stay wider, press more often and tackle harder
CHF - Make more forward runs, press more often and tackle harder
