I suspect they will already have a lot of what's already been suggested here on they possible to do list.
I personally would like to see a director of football game mode, where you are in charge of hiring/firing all club staff, buying/selling players etc...
I would also like the ability to switch off all women’s football from my save, I know we can remove leagues etc... but these doesn't stop us receiving international women’s update. For me, I have no interest whatsoever in the women's game and I just see these updates as the game using unnecessary processing, slowing my save down.

We fixed FMRTE and re-tested the tactic with properly working FMRTE, the score was updated.
