Ajax said: Hi. I feel like tactics without a striker aren't working as well anymore. I'm playing as Man Utd, and I conceded three goals and lost to Everton. This isn't a criticism, just an observation. Expand
You'd be correct in your observations, in one of the recent updates, SI "nerfed" strikerless systems somewhat by refining how centre-backs and midfielders handle marking duties when no traditional striker is present. The AI now correctly tracks deep runners like SS instead of becoming "lost," effectively closing the gap that previously allowed these tactics to exploit the ME. Strikerless is still the way to go though, unfortunately you are going to lose games.
To play with a striker in the AM posicionamento, do i have to train him in that position to improve hist performance ? Or a need only to put him there and he will score ?
All the tactics i see here use AM instaad of a PL Expand
I use strikers in the AM position, I would train them in the IP role along with individual training
Just testing something a little different, central CB moving up to DM to support with attacking play with right FB moving inside as a IFB but also LWB moving inside as a IWB, just to give a some options in the middle with the focus of playing through the middle
Jota said: Hi this is a great tactic and I can’t say to use it on other saved but when you list the AM player roles can you specify for me which roles for which attacking mids it might be a dumb question I just thought to ask thanks Expand
Sorry, I'm not following what it is you're asking. The AM role is just AM both in possession and out of possession
Hey @Possebrew I'm hoping you can help, I can't get BepInEx to work, I've dropped the required files in the relevant folder but when clicking on the fm.exe nothing happens apart from the game loading, my understanding is that a window should appear showing the BepInEx code working its magic, you wouldn't happen to have a solution to get this working would you? Thanks
WB - cross from byline, sit narrower AM - move into channels, shoot less often, make more runs forward IF - stay wider, take more risks AM - make more runs
All outfield positions have tackle harder, I've not listed BCB or DM there because I've just left the locked PIs in place
