It was said many times here, that attributes mean way more than tactic itself. So any kind of tactic should work with any kind of teams, just the output will be different as it is IRL, and with strong team even weak tactics can perform well. For really weak teams I’d just dropped defensive line to standard. And by “weak team” I mean compared to league where it plays. Top Vanarama club is still a top for this league even if it’s very weak compared to EPL/Championship sides
