If you've ever wondered how the Touchline Shouts works in FM, then here's a small guide to it.
A proper use of the Touchline Shouts gives you a huge advantage during matches.
By using the Touchline Shouts you can affect the morale / body language of your players during matches.
You can release a Touchline Shouts about every 10-20 minutes during matches.
When you use an appropriate "Touchline Shout" for the current situation given in a match then the morale and body language of your players improves.
I just want to add that if you're going to handle the Touchline Shouts yourself then it's always more beneficial releasing Shouts to the "Entire Team" instead of "Individuals" because it affects all your players at once.
For example, "Fired up be the feedback" body language means that you released a proper shout that motivated your players
It requires releasing the Shouts every 15-20 minutes during a match which someone can find annoying so if you don't want to be bothered with doing it then always can delegate it to your assistant manager.
But of course, if you're going to delegate the Touchline Shouts to your assistant manager then make sure he have the necessary attribute at high enough level to do it well. For example, such attributes as "Motivating", "People Management", "Tactical Knowledge" and "Determination" should be at high at level to do well the Touchline Shouts.

"We had it raised to us previously and took a look at it. It doesn't actually change any of the match AI, just changes some of the physics within the engine.
We would very much recommend not using it. During our testing it was found to cause very strange behaviours and alter the balance of play outside real life parameters."

Yup, it's just a coincidence because there've been many tests when Team B did better than Team A or mix.
it was long time ago, as I said now there's no difference between Team A and Team B, having 2 teams just allows to test for more matches per one run.
Both teams have the same reputation, there's no difference between Team A and Team B

I've made a short video for those who haven't discovered the power of Long throw-ins in FM20 yet.
You don't always score after it or create a scoring chance, but I find long throw-ins work significantly better than short throw-ins.
