All you need is to post screenshot of 4 things: the tactic, the league table, the team stats and the fixture.
Your post should be Ok, as I can see the necessary screenshots are present, you even did an extra work putting the transfers, xG stats and best eleven, which isn't necessary.

If your players get lot of straight red cards then you can't do much about it because it relates to a hidden attribute "Dirtiness" or your players might be poor so they are forced to do a lot of "professional fouls" to stop the opposition.
But if your players get red cards after the second yellow card then it can be prevented. When you see a of your players is booked in a match then remove 'Get Stuck It' and 'Tackle Harder' off them.
