@ZaZ, what is Light version?
ZaZ said: goal difference matters more than goals scored or conceded.

I agree, the goal difference matters a lot but the points isn't less important.

Let's say you won 3 matches with "Tactic number 1"

1 - 0
1 - 0
1 - 0

So after 3 matches the "Tactic number 1" has these stats: 9 points and +3 G.D.

But with "Tactic number 2" you won only 1 match of 3 matches

9 - 0  <--- "Tactic number 2" works amazingly well vs this AI tactic
0 - 1  <--- but "Tactic number 2" works badly vs this AI tactic
0 - 1  <--- but "Tactic number 2" works badly vs this AI tactic

So after 3 matches the "Tactic number 2" has these stats: 3 points and +7 G.D.

If you look at the points then "Tactic number 1" is better but if you look at the G.D. then "Tactic number 2" is better but which of them is truly better? I think it's "Tactic number 1" because it works well vs all the 3 AI tactics.

A tactic might have a very high G.D. but low points because it trashes badly some AI tactics but same time it loses vs other AI tactics.

I suggest to be careful with G.D, it isn't always the best indicator.

P.S. I don't say that G.D. should be ignored because it's a very good indicator but we need to understand that sometimes it can be tricky and the points is a more accurate indicator, especially, on a long run test.
I had a great result with Napoli using this tactic.

Thank you @RalfRangnick and @ZaZ !

Channing the mentality from "Very Attacking" to "Positive" makes a huge difference. Also, about 15% of goals comes from the corners so even a small change might have drastic consequences.

That's why many people say that the key to success in FM is a proper team rotation and a deep bench :)
Tejash said: @ZaZ  Can we do something to make the tactic more solid at the back? Winning every match by 2-4 goals but wins are sometimes like 3-4, 2-4 so conceding goals is not only frustrating but also sometimes puts your heart in the mouth.

here're tactics sorted by least goals conceded

Regular wingbacks work for me just fine.
Hi there,

I find the attributes testing is awesome   and honestly, I was really surprised to see that 'Consistency' makes such big difference because I've never paid much attention to it - https://fm-arena.com/table/13-fm22-important-attributes/.

I purpose to discuss the attributes testing here.

What do you think?
saycarramrod said: Not sure that it can be a direct comparison - but this being a full 2 stars lower than baseline is seemingly even more important than last year with the 1.4 star differential from baseline tactic.

One thing we can say for sure... Acceleration is still an overpowered attribute.
This tactic made Barca great again, thanks :)

Even spanked Liverpool 0 - 2 in the UCL final

Cyborg said: Hi,

I think it'll work with Barca just fine. In general, I think this tactic should deliver a good result with any team.

Ok, thanks.

I'll post my result with Barca soon.
@Cyborg, hi.

I'm going to try your tactic with Barca. Do you think it'll work with them?
I don't think "Dribble Less" TI is a good idea for FM21 :) because FM21 is about dribbling...
That's really some bad news here... because FM Touch is what I've been playing :(

Also, "Versus Mode" is confusing as hell... some versions will have and some note... for God sake, I'm really very sad about how SI handle things! :(
LPCrooks said: But from a consistent tactic I hope it will give me a regular performance.

Probably, you didn't read the links Lapidus gave you because if you did then you would understand

1) what consistence level can be achieved in FM21

2) what must be done or what conditions must be present to achieve high consistency in FM21

3) the contribution of your tactic to the consistency level is quite limited

LPCrooks said: I HAVE GIVEN MY OPINION. So much is it difficult for you to respect that? Or do I have to lie if I didn't like it?

People just give their opinions on your opinion if you aren't ready to hear opinions about your opinion then don't give your opinion... that's how the internet works :D
Nice one, keep up a good work
CBP87 said: Thank you,

The tactic fundamentals are his, I only made minor tweaks in my opinion and I'm not one to take credit for someone else's work pal

But you always can give credits to him in the description of the tactic and also, write up what changes you made.

I said it looks confusing because it looks like he made and posted this tactic but he isn't involved at all.

Honestly, if you check the TIs/Roles in his tactic then you'll see his tactic is heavily based on ZaZ - Blue, the only difference between his tactic and ZaZ - Blue I see is the CM(A) was converted into the 3rd SS and that's all. :)

Anyway, congrats! Well Done!
CBP87 said: haha don't jinx it

Congrats!

It did very well in the testing. 6.7 rating is a very high rating.

But I don't understand why you made kinderjoy to be the author because it's your tactic despite it's a tweak. All that is quite confusing if you ask me. :)
@CBP87, it's a quite strong formation you are trying, I'm sure it'll get a high rating - 4-1-2-1-2
@CBP87, I guess the AM acts as a support unit, I mean you should not expect he scores a lot?
