I'm a bit confused here... as far as I know Match Plans are supposed to work only if you play a match on the Instant Result and they don't work if you play a match on Commentary or 3D mode and that looks quite logical to me because when you play a match on Commentary or 3D mode then you can change things by yourself and you don't need to give instructions to your assistant manager what to do in different situations.
But if you played a match on Instant Result then how can you check what mentality was used that match?

Match Plans only work with the Instant Result and the Instant Result is officially supported only in the FM Touch version so I use Match Plans only in the FM Touch version and it works correctly for me, I haven't been noticing any issues.
