As standard, tactics at the table are tested over 1,920 matches. But the top-of-the-table tactic is being tested over 5,760 matches in order to minimize the RNG factor. This event of being put to the test over 5,760 matches is called "Tornado", although it has no official name.
This tactic is based on @SteelwoodBlau Diamond Tweak. The tactic is adapted from the lineup of the Diablo tactic, which made it famous in the Championship Manager 03-04. For this reason, only the following changes have been made to the base tactic.

I think you are right. As far as I can see in this post, the jump values of the forwards in the test league are 9.
Frankly, I was quite surprised by the result. It is interesting that the tactic based on it scored 58 points, but it is such a low score with a very small touch. Moreover, while the "be more disciplined" instruction and the new set-piece settings are a factor that has a positive effect on most tactics.
This tactic is focused on getting your striker to score tons of goals. It is based on a single striker tactic that was found to be the most successful in terms of goals in the Test league. This tactic is Blau's "Wide XMAS Tree AM v1". Only the "be more disciplined" tweak has been added to the basic tactic. Set ball settings used in Delicious's "4132 Extreme Diamond Undervolt II" tactic are used.
In corners, your pitcher directs the ball to your striker to score extra points. I suggest you choose your striker in penalty shootouts to get your striker to score more goals. In your striker who carries the score load of the team; +15 speed, acceleration, jumping and penalty shootout features allow you to get a lot of efficiency from your tactic.

Normally, you can add only 2 "Match Practice" workouts to the weekly training program. Most football manager players with experience and detail know that the most efficient training method is "Match Practice", as you can imagine.
Again, I guess that most of you are playing the game in the form of a Wednesday-Saturday match schedule. (me too)
If you mark Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Sunday as match day while creating a training program, add "Match Practice" to any other 2 free times and create this program on the calendar, then you can add "Match Practice" to each space by pulling this program from the calendar and editing it. Try it, it really happens.
After adding the above to the calendar and arranging it one by one, you can make such a weekly schedule. Then you can copy and paste that weekly program and spread it over the whole year.
But the top type of training will really perk the players. The method I personally use is as follows.
This is how I use listening. I play with totally different 11 in leagues and cups.
In the clubs that I use as a stepping stone, I usually buy the players with 50 percent from the next sale and in installments. Thus, I can use twice my current budget.
My game is in 2032. So it's been almost 10 seasons. In my game, the database is at maximum size. So all players from all continents are open. That's about 440k players. There is no attributes masking in my game. I don't like to waste my time with scouting. It's a bit of a habit from CM. Whatever.
Currently, when I search for players, there are 3 players with acceleration and pace values of 18 and above over 400k players. These are also familiar players. 3 players, all over 30 ages.
When I set the pace and acceleration to 17, the number increases to 42 players. Again, only 30 of them are under the age of 27.
This is really interesting. This was not the case with FM 2022. But I made maybe 5 careers similar to this in FM 2023, it was always like this.
