I find it constructive, straight to the point, no beating around the bush so we know not to touch the tactic.
Looks like a ZAZ influenced tactic, all the TI are the same as ZAZ and player roles minus the AM and one winger on attack by which should be credit made to zaz and called a tweak instead of pretending you came up with the tactic all by yourself.
Here's the results of No retreat no surrender Version 2 which I'm having fun using in my own save. My goal was to make a 4-3-3 with the strikers scoring the majority of goals and this seems to be doing the job. The three main advanced forwards get so many chances which I've personally witnessed in game from playing matches with the formation over version 1 that they eventually achieve a high conversion rate.
In the holiday test below you can see Ronaldo got 70 goals, rashford 29 and greenwood got 30 goals and sancho with 24 who all predominately played in the front three supplied by the ss,box to box midfielders and wingbacks. So that's 153 goals in all comps rotated between 4 players along with 146 prem league goals for Man United in 1st season no transfers.
Won the treble with United and only 2 league losses. V1 is more consistent but I got another more offensive version of the same tactic with different instructions and the wing backs on attack (version 2) but didn't win any cups but did manage to score 146 league goals which is the most I've seen tested that isn't with PSG or Liverpool on this patch which nerfs attacking intent.
This one seems more stable defensively as only conceded 25 goals where as V2 which I will later post conceded 36 goals in the league
To be fair, he is unrealistically overpowered in reality too.

Testers should be putting in the work, people making decent tactics and the majority have moved on
