ZaZ said: Going to start my journey on FM, sharing step by step what I am doing, with the reasoning behind every decision. I couldn't do earlier because my wife had a surgery and needed help recovering, so I couldn't make the commitment to play regularly to share. Anyway, I accept suggestions on the initial setup of this journey.
- Transfers: Only control scouts through scout meetings, and only hire between players they recommend. Yes or no?
- Club: start from lower division of England and climb to win Champions League, or start with weakest side from a top division and try to win during first season?
- Tactic: Play with a generic tactic, or a specific style or formation?
So, any suggestions? Expand
Pick one the weakest club in EPL and try to win EPL at least 3 times in a row and also CL.
Let's see how long does it take and how strong the team should be to achieve that.

I though the match plans only work when you use Instant Result because they were designed only for it.
https://fm-arena.com/tactic/3829-433-whisper-in-the-wind/ - this still the best 433 and if you like playing with 433 you can use it and easily dominate the game winning every trophy. Yes, in the testing it got 4 points less than the top tactic but in real game such small difference is nothing.

Not only... Let's remember what we had in FM21:
- strikerless tactics exploit - long throw-ins expolite - short cornet exploit - AIs were using very weak formations like 4-2-3-1 with CMs
What we have in FM23 what can be considered as an exploit? Nothing!
I'll put a picture for you if you find it's difficult to find a post
this section and the rules below were introduced just 3 days ago so when ZaZ was solving his issue with plagiarism there weren't any rules how to do that

Hhmm... I've tried it and it didn't do anything. Probably, I'm missing something here.

That's a very impressive result.
Gratz
"Tackle Harder" PI for all positions
and "Stay Wider" PI for the central defenders

Thanks
Here you go
I'd say there's almost no difference between 'Positive' and 'Attacking'.
It's the complete tactic, it has similar positions with the same instructions

I agree with your logic
