Looks like the tactic is solid defensively, I don't know much about tactics but is there value in moving the AM from Support to Attack or as a shadow striker and make the DM -> Anchor to improve the goal scoring capability without affecting the defensive prowess.
helpful article!
Just completed my season 1 holidaying with this tactic. Finished 3rd in EPL with Southampton.

Good:
1. The tactic is a baller

Bad:
1. It really hard to find good IWB & DW

So this might be a very good tactic for 2nd season and up if you are guy who just holidays like me because it's not always possible to sell players in season 1.

Good job! @Blau
damn! nice job dude! I am going to try this in my save
Finally, I have found my long term holiday tactic. This one is solid with underdog's also. As always thanks  @Delicious

Interesting read, I was playing with Southampton and I just did my testing with the same parameters for one season between the two tactics, it makes sense now, so let me try to play with 343 for a couple of more seasons and make my team stronger so that the effect of RNG gets reduced. Thanks @Chewbacca
I love this tactic but for some reason it’s not as effective as 424 extreme volts IV. I am noticing a difference of more than 2 points in my gameplay between the two tactics and I always do holiday with a very good assistant manager (high player ability and tactical knowledge) to manage team selection.
Literally created an account to say, thank you. I am a new FM player (Dec 2022), and this tactics is fire! Was planning to ask steam for refund if not for this tactics and forum. Thanks again @Delicious
