I know if you do a holiday run strong right foot might not be needed for AML (IW) but when you actually play the matches, they play a little different if they don't have a strong right foot, at least that's my observation. So it's so much easier to have a Winger or Inside Forward from a recruitment standpoint.

@Lapidus covered all the high points. One suggestion from my end will be to look for high Aggression and low dirtiness (hidden attribute). That combo of attributes have done wonders for me, if you combine them with the key attributes from FM Arena tests.

It's leaky defensively but I was hoping tactic geniuses in this forum will improve this tactic given we don't have this formation in the forum.
Never won 2nd place with Bournemouth, ever in my season 1 play. Might have hit the best RNG.
