I will do that once I see the results from this tactic https://fm-arena.com/thread/6610-4123-keep-pace/. I know its a bit different from mine, but that would give me a directional idea on how AP performs when compared to CM
So I created a similar kind of tactic last time (FM 23) with MEZ (At) but I feel like CM (A) with Roam from position does the same thing. Also I noticed that BWM (D) is the king and not DM (D), so made that change too.
The reason why I like tactics that scores a lot of goals is, you can see that 15 players have more than 7+ Avg. Rating. Easy to sell your player and help immensely with development.
Also one of the good things about this tactic is, it's super easy to recruit players to these positions (AF, CM, BWM, BPD & WB).
@A Smile : Man, these tactics you come up with feels like do or die. fun to see, kill your player (fatigue) and score more goals than your opponent can score tactics.
@Blau I think you are spot on with that comment. I know we haven’t seen the test run file but if I was to assume it’s something similar to last year, I believe all the players had around 12 to 14 value on key attributes. So I would go one step ahead and say if your teams doesn’t have that kind of players then balanced works much better in game
Steelwood said: Yes but even them I'm sure it's the width doing it. @Blau uploaded a version of this a few days ago that did incredibly well with DWs. I've been testing the same shape since with IWs and it has been nowhere near as good Expand
Interesting observation, let me do some testing from my end.
one of the good things about high scoring tactic, especially in FM 24, except for your defenders, everyone will have high avg. rating and these saudi clubs will pay shit load of money to buy mediocre players
since I started playing last year, I have never played with a narrow formation as they mostly sucked in FM 23. Glad could try some narrow formation this year. @Delicious : if you got some time, please try some narrow diamond. Must be interesting.
Delicious said: I will mate, i am not doing things for my self, i didn't even shared that routine to my patreons, isn't something i wanna keep for my self, but since SI, still doing things like that, this time we will see if they can fix it or not i guess. Expand

Delicious said: I will do a video about that like today,i don't know yet if i will release the specific one i am using before beta, because there is a tendency to focus on my set pieces and SI don't even ask me to join their super alpha, and it took me 5-6 hours to make it already to make it crazy pimp juice. At this point i don't even know why they changed all the grapich of it, just to get same results. Expand
Understood! whenever you think is the right time, so that your findings don't get patched by SI, please do share.

But @Delicious , that's how it was in FM 23 also right, but we always had tackle harder in addition to get stuck in. Another one of those FM mysteries
