@Eddie : You can use this tactic as-is, you might think there is a big difference between 60 and 65, but in-game you wont notice that big of a difference. I am sure the awesome community will keep improving 4231 but in the mean time, you can still use this formation to do a save.
@dzek : is there a place where we can get some tactic testing league file for offline testing. It doesn’t have to be fancy but just three leaguers with top mediums and low tier teams. Since you are very active in FM forums thought you might know. Lazy to create from ground up and honestly never done it.

I agree 100%, literally, you can take any tactic and then add some meta TI and that's it. I feel like PI and Roles matter very less right now.
Tweak of this tactic https://fm-arena.com/thread/6609-433-triple-threat/. Literally removed all the TI and PI that's considered meta. Took a very minimal approach, just need to understand how much these Dribble more, take more risk, flank play, step up more, Higher D-line and over/underlap matter.

Again, it is quite easy to recruit players for this formation and positions and as much as I like the concept of Vol, DM is so much easy to recruit.
