I started playing FM 23 in November 2022, and this community has been a big help in helping me understand the game and how to create successful tactics. I agree with @Lapidus that FM-Arena is more about learning and understanding the game than ranking contributors or tactics. However, if we want to expand the forum's purpose (although I don't think it's necessary), I have a suggestion on how to do it.
Instead of giving one badge for high-scoring tactics, we could have different badges for different types of contributions. For example:
A "Tactician Badge" for people who come up with their own tactics. A "Tweaker Badge" for those who make small changes to tactics and get good results. A "Tester Badge" for people who thoroughly test and give feedback on tactics. An "Innovator Badge" for those who introduce new tactical ideas.
This way, we can recognize contributors with different levels of effort and expertise in a fair way.
If your assistant manager possesses a high value in tactical knowledge and Judging player ability, their team selection advice will be reliable 95% of the time. However, during Cup matches, I prefer to manually select the best XI option, as the assistant manager may prioritize player rotation over optimal choice

Ya true but when they cut specially into the box I didn’t find that big of a difference in game on which one is their strong foot. But these are no biggies.

That would be awesome! I know if you do a holiday run strong right foot might not be needed for AML (IW) but when you actually play the matches, they play a little different if they don't have a strong right foot, at least that's my observation. So it's so much easier to have a Winger or Inside Forward from a recruitment standpoint.

@Lapidus covered all the high points. One suggestion from my end will be to look for high Aggression and low dirtiness (hidden attribute). That combo of attributes have done wonders for me, if you combine them with the key attributes from FM Arena tests.

Changed made:
IF -> IW
BWM -> DM
WB -> IWB
Added Low Crosses
Switched the IW (R) to AM (SU) for easy player recruitment as a lot of AF play either on IW (L) or AM position.
Swapped the Vol (A) and DM position to avoid overlaps and AM (SU) is asked to stay wide instead of move into channel.
The base tactic and the corner routine used are from https://fm-arena.com/thread/5765-424-bombyte-tweak/ created by @Delicious
The tweaks I made from v1 (https://fm-arena.com/thread/6138-433-dm-bombyte-tweak/) are
DM (De) -> DM (S)
IWB (S) -> WB (S)

Valid point!
