Im on year 2043 and managed 13 years my IRL fav club: Sporting Portugal, then jumped in to Real Madrid (i was kinda bored of the save) for 5 years but then i was not enjoying winning everything and went back to Sporting (5 years up until now).

So yea, i cant imagine having more fun than my favorite club

@Mark by any chance, would it be possible to share your excel file with the weightings of each position?

I want to change a little bit the weighting of the 3 sources you've used (FM Arena testing + FM Scout att weightings and the CA cost) and do some experiments.

Of course it might be because im having the best players during this season, or due to another reasons, but im currently unbeaten and broke 30 streak wins record in my league (Liga NOS).

For sure that these weights are helping out!

Well.. its not a matter of complicating things.. If you have 2 Shadow strikers with the same attritbutes in Speed, Agility, Dribbling and vision, CA will not let you which one is better for that position

For the folks that play with Genie scout, may you share your weights by position?

@Milakus  is right, however the reputation of each competition may vary. For example, you can play on Liga NOS (portuguese league) and win several Champions League and therefore increase the league reputation. This way your players will also increase in value when compared to La Liga or Premier League. Its a long run tho

Quick question @ZaZ , im using your training schedules and then i apply for each player individual training for the role/position + quickness as focus, however i have like 5 or 6 players that are unhappy due to the focus im asking.

What do you do in these case? just ignore and keep the training or remove the focus for these unhappy players?

Im talking out of my ass, because im at work and with no access to FM - later on i can check the stats and let you know the numbers.. The point is, he was still performing at same level as my world class prime Strikers and he has low physical attributes

Thanks @Mark  this actually helps me a lot. Would it be good idea to expand to something like 20 attributes? I know this actually takes you a lot of time, but I feel like we are missing some possible important attributes in some positions. Example: In my save I have Haaland with 34 years old and he has something like 10 acc + pace and 18 Finishing, with the numbers you've shared it would make sense that he doesnt score much (lack of pace and acc), but the reality is that even though he's not a scoring machine as he used to be, he's still scoring 20+ goals in a season (which is pretty good for his age).
Btw, im with Real Madrid (so yea, he's not beating league 2 teams )

I keep seeing in other threads that you guys refer to this link: https://fm-arena.com/table/9-important-attributes/ to understand which attributes are more important in each role, but all that i see in that page is an tactic "Phoenix v3.0" with different results... I mean, where can I see what is important for an DM, for example..
