Yep, but with transfers fully on my side things are too easy and game becomes boring after 3-4 seasons when I find enough cheap wonderkids DoF works much better at 23, but still tends to overpay for players on sub Shortlist is in-the-middle variant, but again, I let chief scout to arrange what to scout, else I'd just push scouts for certain players from my search filters

I couldn't do earlier because my wife had a surgery and needed help recovering, so I couldn't make the commitment to play regularly to share. Anyway, I accept suggestions on the initial setup of this journey.
- Transfers: Only control scouts through scout meetings, and only hire between players they recommend. Yes or no?
- Club: start from lower division of England and climb to win Champions League, or start with weakest side from a top division and try to win during first season?
- Tactic: Play with a generic tactic, or a specific style or formation?
So, any suggestions? Expand
I usually play on full DoF or with shortlist from my scouts for A-grade recommends, from which I can suggest players for DoF to buy. Shortlist doesn't help if you're climbing from low-leagues tho, cuz it's always "out of date" if you climb fast enough.

did u setup new scenario or change default one which is blank at first? dunno why but newly created scenarios don't work for me like that, and with default one it's ok

When I get a +3 score advantage, my team plays with this light version. When losing, I play with a positive or offensive weight. It makes my job much easier, especially when I use the instant result feature. Expand
and you still can use match plans even with normal match w/o instant result that's just the easier way to not forget to make changes sometimes
The amount of yellow cards has dropped almost 4 times and the amount of fouls has dropped almost 3 times:
'Get Stuck In' TI and 'Tackle Harder' PI
No 'Get Stuck In' TI and 'Easy Off Tackles' PI
Please note, it doesn't make sense testing 'Easy Off Tackles' PI with 'Get Stuck In' TI activated because 'Get Stuck In' TI overrides 'Easy Off Tackles' PI. Expand
"ease off" PI is just harsh to results but I'd love to see results w/o "get stuck" TI and w/o any tackle PI if it's possible
guess result would drop, but not that hard like with "ease off"
p.s. also many players on def side have "doesn't dive into tackles" trait which is contrary with tackle hard PI

To protect a lead I will drop a ST back to DM and use this tactic. Perfect use of the Delicious tactics, best tactic, best attack and best defence. And relatively easy to move between them. Expand
433 is kinda hard to transform into during match, cuz u have to move one of AFs to CM I’d prefer set of 424, 4132 and 4231 so basically 424 as goto, 4132 when u need goals and 4231 to close the match when comfortably winning and all those 3 are much easier to transform one into another than with 433
and it's not even about result but for my stupidity to put the most intrigue variant such deep xD
p.s. but I'll laugh hard if good old variant with narrow + narrow works better

just set some changes in match plan and play the game 😄

it could be just RNG, that IW got 1pts less, so it seems they are +- the same
going with underlaps, and less crossing for all flank players + Anchor instead of DM
didn't touch any of width PIs on players
0.1 IW with same additional PIs as the IF on original tactic + cross less
0.2 IW just with same stay narrow and tackle harder PIs as the original IF
tackle hard for all positions, dribble more for bpd, stay wide for sides BPDs, take fewer risks for GK
