one CD doesn't really make this "impactefull" drammatic change, is smart way to avoid situation where he can lose free balls but he will lose balls anyway cd or bdp :P

Winger/DWs are pretty the same, the difference is that you can remove tackle harder from it if you have rambos players.
You can even swap to 433 (triple dms) as well, or try to play on cautious, doesn't really change anything if they play on wingers or not. You can try to mark them if you are that scared but at the end of the day is just a infinite placebo dose, that i can't really tell you if is working or is just a placebo :P

you can change on cd (never tried no sense cd to be frankly) you gonna lose like 3-4 (you gonna lose like more or less 2 points on overall).

I am not 100% sure but imho get stuck in is more a cosmetic option at the moment
Triple dms (volante and dm) instead of CMs roles
No cover defenders and overlaps instead of underlaps
Added underlaps
Added double cover on DCL/R overlaps and focus on flanks
