Checking out some stuff i've noticed, seem once again our SI is doing things under the hood w/o a properly changelog btw here is it :
Before if you changed from your WB from (su) to (attack) the mentality would change as well but now it still positive ...
IF before if was on (su) or (attack) wouldn't even matter because would've stayed on Attacking mentality as well, i have no idea(i am pretty sure it does but w/e) if that does any impact to the game but still why can't be made a proper changelog for once?

You can swap to winger w/o any problem, keep in mind that most of those tactics are just super micromanagement, you don't need a 60 tactic to reach your goal. Just try and see if those players can play with wingers or not, don't be afraid to tweak
Well, i am not really playing at the moment the game it self (gonna do that when i will finish ideas about the tactics :P). Depends if your team is good or not but there are many tactics that you can combo in like 424 can go easily with 4231 or 433, if you are facing a elite team. Or if you have a really good RPM/Regista you can use it instead of Volante. Just few examples
