Good tactic, but I have to ask, why 3 teams from the same league?
In my opinion, you're underselling your tactic by doing this as your potentially taking 12 points away from your total at the end of the season. Take City for example, you lost to Arsenal and drew with Liverpool in your screenshot, that's 5 points lost. Who know's if you'd have won those games but you would have had a better chance of winning them without your tactic being used.

Its a problem with any tactic that has high intensity, I suppose it depends how you play the game. I use instant result so I can't make changes in game, but I often use match plans to reduce intensity when leading, even if Im 2 up after 5 minutes. If you're playing the game then you should be spot which players are tiring and make the necessary changes.
I don't think its the creators responsibility to be honest to provide multiple versions of a tactic to combat different scenarios, otherwise where will it end. Micro management is key on this game
The tactic is high intensity so your players may be tired after a certain amount of time, maybe use a match plan so when you go 1 or 2 up your team relaxes a little bit more, reserving energy, maybe change to from counter press to regroup and drop the mentality to positive, it should reduce the intensity quite a bit

Although I think I will revisit 2019 and 2014 at some stage. They were both very good games. The discussion here has kept my interest in FM21 especially during Covid. And my favourite save of running 3 teams simultaneously in 3 different countries and levels of competition.
Anyhow I hope we don't lose you @CBP87 from next years forum. I have enjoyed reading your stuff. Expand
Cheers Mark and I probably will end up buying it but just found over the years I've gone from playing saves to just creating tactics for the community (not very well haha). I just find I get bored very easily.

Like I said still gonna tweak some more so I can get higher rating and be more devastating in attack.
Congrats on your tactic too you got a great score for striker formation. 6.7 I think it was that is nice
Are you gonna buy fm22 straight away? Are you hyped for it? Expand
Thanks pal and honestly I'm not sure. I'm not feeling it. I just keep looking at it and thinking to myself that they've only update the match graphics and a role

Another way to do it is to take the most important attributes for each position you are using and find the average and best for those attributes in the league you are playing. The filter average as a minimum but look for the higher end if you can afford it, especially for the attribute with the most impact.
I hope this helps Expand
Thanks Mark, I know I've asked you the question before and I implemented your GS ratings, but I think I must've done it wrong as Ousmane Dembele was the 2nd best player on the game and me being lazy just gave up and reverted back to the normal GS ratings.
If I may ask you, if you wouldnt mind telling me what attributes you'd look for in say an advanced forward, would you implement any of the key attributes for that role or would you just use the "important attributes"?
In my opinion, what you're experiencing is normal. You can't compare a tactic from FM13 to a tactic from this year. The ME is different. Gone are the days of plug and play tactics. Micro management from game to game is key. Reputation plays a key role in the game nowadays.
1st season you smashed it using the tactic, your teams reputation no doubt jumped up significantly, this in turn means teams will be more cautious against you, even the elite teams would become more cautious of you. I get it you improved the team but you've also got to make smart changes to the tactic. If your reputation is high then the likelihood is that teams will sit and defend narrow against you, restricting the space, maybe play a little wider to pull them out of position. reduce your line of engagement, allowing defenders to come out with the ball, leaving space for you to exploit if you win the ball back.
Now I know you're an experienced FMer like myself (been playing since CM 01/02) but the game has changed massively since the plug and play days, only factor that can make tactic's consistent is us

Yep, it is a bit strange
Only defeat in the league was to Villa and as you can see from the above screenshot, I believed we got FM'd
Great result overall though, well done

What do you do in terms of attributes filters please?
