I always play friendly matches with very small teams. It help the players learn new position fast. Even if when the season come and the player still not "accomplished" at the new position, when 14 days break comes just play 3 to 4 friendly matches and let the player play at the new position and he will be at least "accomplished" after those matches.
Also a little tip for newbies is that you should always start the matches with "cautious" mentality and then depend on the situation you can change to "Very Attacking" or "Positive".
@ZaZ Whats your method to retrain players to new position ? I usually let player has individual training + Double Training Intensity + Add them to mentoring group. Is this the fastest way ?
DM in Blue playing as "Passing Machine Role" with the duty of transition between Defenders and Attackers. That's why he got the low rating because all he was doing is just passing the ball away. Even though his rating is low, It doesn't mean he is bad. He play a decent Role in how the Tactic work and how your team is playing. If you want to test it, just move him away or changed to any Role and you will see how your Defending fall apart.

Instant Result. I can play the whole season and upload again if you want to. I stopped there because 8 point is a massive gap between 1st and 2nd position. And also I dont think there will be a problem to win the league with your team. You just need to manage your team condition
