When I see someone says a word "work" regarding tactics in FM then it's a sign that the person has a low understanding about FM.
To properly test different tactics a team must have "Natural" players for every position and these players must have the same attributes, which never possible when you test with real teams, they are always better built for some tactics than other tactics.

Ok, then teach us how to play FM.
Post your tactics when you play with Man City and Liverpool and don't have any losses at all.
But don't forget to back it up with game saves so we could check them and make sure that don't scam save/load or editors.
And until that I suggest you to stop making stupid comments like that.

Or will the routine then fail? Expand
If your striker as good as your central defender in the air then it'll work the same
02Kyrand said: My only gripe is the very unrealistic corner routine, which obviously is a huge exploit. How will the tactic work if I remove the routine? Is corner goals what makes this tactic? Expand
That's a quite funny question. How do you think?
If you make the corners to be less effective then the tactic also will become less effective. Seems quite obvious too me.
@opq, since the duty of CMs is "Automatic" then when you change the mentality it might also change so on "Caution" it could to "Defend" from "Support", which might have a great impact on the tactic.
Just be careful with that... I don't think it's a good idea having the duties on "Automatic" because it prevents changing the mentality freely.

Meslier is non-existent, I know that is not the tactic's fault and I know it's not plug-and-play type of tactic. Started second season with 4 pts in 3 games and I was the favorite in 2/3 Expand

Don't listen them Selahattin Yildirim is the only one who has 18 Pace and that's 3-4 points higher than other players have.
If you look at the table then you'll see that decreasing Pace by 4 points dropped the score from 53pts to 28pts there are no other attributes capable of making such a huge difference.
TommyToxic said: I have watched a good part in 2D and can't see that it triggers very often or at all. Tactics with WCBs tend to have WBs, and the WBs never wait for the WCB to underlapp or overlapp, despite not being on attacking mentality. They WCBs still come more forward than a normal CB, but are rarely used to play One-Twos. Expand
And that once again proves that the most descriptions and explanation in the game are vague and useless and the only way to find out how things works is to test it or watch how it works in 3D.

if you don't play with the strongest team in the league and if we take take a standard season of 38 matches then there's like 25 pts RNG so you really won't notice that 4 points difference, it will be overwhelmed with the RNG
Floppyaams said: I have a question. So this tactic outscores the previous no.1 by 4 points. and ofc getting points is much harder in these tests than in a normal game. So how does a 4 point difference translate in an actual game.

I'd say a 4 points difference is nothing, just look at these tests:

Don't listen them
You can check what difference 4 points Pace can do - https://fm-arena.com/table/18-attribute-testing/
If you look at the table then you'll see that decreasing Pace by 4 points dropped the score from 53pts to 28pts there are no other attributes capable of making such a huge difference.
and my 2nd choice would be Robbie Lee
You can't increase something above its limit.
Those Player Instructions should be cleaned when you put the Team Press at the maximum but they stay as I said it's just a UI bug.
Sure, why not?
But it makes sense only if your striker is better in the air than you defender
there are no special designed tactics for underdogs that make them win 100% matches
there are no special designed tactics for favorites that me them win 100% matches
BUT there are good tactics that make you overarching(doing better than your media prediction) with any type of team
AND there are poor tactics that make you underachieve(doing worse than your media prediction) with any type of team
Check this - https://fm-arena.com/thread/3293-what-it-takes-to-dominate-epl-with-bournemouth/

Just check which central defender stand on the near post and far post and then replace him with your striker.
