I was testing four different tactics at the same time, with four teams, because I couldn't accept that the only way was with that 424 shape. The new version of Water will be posted today or tomorrow, as well as Earth and Wind.
P.S.: I said that out of anger, but I kept testing anyway.
I tested it sometime ago with DLP-De and DW-Su, to try and fix the defense problem of Fire, but it didn't go very well. Maybe I will try it on Balanced like you did and see if it goes well.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am now working on Fire 2.0. trying to get different shapes because the 424 has too many variants. Even just the shape with almost no instructions is enough to get 55 points here, which makes me think it is probably the best shape from this version.

I would bring him up. It's not like he stops training completely, and playing time still gives some development. I would bring him up because it's nice to bond with players, and that will also create a bond with the supporters.

I think Blue 3.0 from FM21 was stronger because it was very good attacking and defending. In FM22, Blue 4.0 was strong in attack, but not so good in defense.

Personality usually shifts closer to the club's average, so if it's dropping that much Ambition and Professionalism, then your average is probably low.

You can remove columns from Genie Scout, removing CA, PA, Rating and other things, and leaving only attributes. It's an option if all you want is to see attributes of all players in a list.

There isn't any significative difference.
One per week if your squad is small, two per week if it's large, and something between if you have a medium sized squad. I often alternate teams during pre-season.
