Hey, I train the players in the roles I want to use them in, but I also look at additional focus, I focus on physicals, so if they lack acceleration and pace, I will train quickness. My guidelines are if its 15 or under Ill focus on it

Hey, the balanced mentality should work fine but please don't expect to win every game, you're going to lose some games. Concentrate on getting the fastest squad you can get, acceleration and pace is key. If you have high values in these attributes then you should win most games
All props to them, just wanted to see how the tactic would perform with the the DM double pivot. Scored well, conceded few and did well with the overall points in the PL and a few trophies in the cabinet to go along with it.
