Eddie said: I tested it here for 5 games and liked what I saw. The tactic better controls the game and ball possession. Some simple victories, but without suffering, and other easy victories.

The biggest highlight is that the tactic is not 100% intensity. This means that in the long term in a league there is less wear and tear on players without loss of points and income.

That's exactly what I wanted to do. Thanks for the confirmation!

Eddie said: Let's see how it goes with 2400 games
I don't think it will last but what you say above confirms that I have fulfilled my goal.
  - Better control the game / Ball Possession
  - "Low" intensity tactic for the long run of a normal season
A Smile said: Good job!Can you keep trying the underlap? I've tested many different variations myself before, and even without changing any of the other instructions, the holiday test results are just as strong. It's amazing, and it doesn't make sense... The combination of duties in the 4231 formation is so strong that I don't think the comparison of the test results of these different offensive sets even 4,000 games can be truly accurate.
I have already test underlaps in any possible way in terms of TIs and it seems that they decrease the score. It has to do with formation and roles. I agree with the rest ;)

Hi @penpen,

Droid said: There're filters in the tables. You can filter the result "by author name" and get what you want.

Please notice, to filter the preset tactics he uploaded you need to put "Football Manager" as the author and not @Telespiza because as you might notice @Telespiza puts "Football Manager" as the author of the uploaded preset tactics.

But, honestly, I find that testing the preset tactics is waste of time, I really don't understand who needs it and what is the purpose.

As I said in another thread, the goal is not what we are all trying to do in FM-Arena (beat the RNG) but to see some patterns of instructions that ME might prefer more. That's it. Either way there is a choice of filters so again we can find them.

The proof was last year with the first tactics on the FM23 table and the instructions used. It was a mix of the 3 "best" preset tactics. Hope this makes sense. :)
letsgo9 said: Is this hardcoded? Who gonna be the romantic pair with the complete wbs?
I ran countless tests last year and it was something I noticed in the stats of those two roles. WBs always had more runs while FBs always had more progressive passes.

CWB doesn't love anyone. That's why it's called "COMPLETE." :D
letsgo9 said: I had possession improvement on mind with them
IF is underforming this patch, maybe ill give this idea a try later

IF+WB is good because IF will sit narrower and create space for WB to overlap. FB naturally does more progressive passes but less dribbling/runs. So i think it make senses to use wingers with FB so they can take advantage of those passes. ;)
