Thought I'd try something a little different and make a tactic better at keeping the ball. Usually gets high possession with sub-top teams.

Massive clean of TIs and PIs while changing IF(S) to IF(A)

GG
Lovely clean PIs, I'm very impressed
+ Attacking Mentality
+ SK(A)

Heavily based on all of the top tactics at the moment, but using a positive mentality.

- Overlaps
- Run wide with ball on WBs
+ Take more risks to AM
+ Pass into space
+ SK(A)

- Focus on flanks
- Pass into space
+ Get further forward on DMs

In this simulation I used set-pieces from @Delicious

These are two excellent footballers it's just that one suits the system more

Tewelde the star -

Both playing as Inverted Winger Support on the Left

1. We can't see their pros and cons on this screen
2. Tewelde is a better dribbler
3. IWs tend to perform better on the opposite side to their feet. Bilous is left-footed and Tewelde is right-footed

If you are playing IWs, I think you would perform better with Bilous on the right
Ultimately I think it's up to you, combine your own experience playing the game with the strongest attributes and the YKYKYK numbers. Personally I like work rate on wing-backs and defensive midfielders, while prioritising speed and dribbling on attacking midfielders and wingers.

Filters will only take people so far, as the best players in the game will always have the superior attributes, especially physically.

When recruiting, I tend to look for those attributes that I consider to be most important and then compare that player with my current starter, using the polygons to assess overall footballing ability.
The tempo has blown my mind, well done mate!
These attacking tactics seem a lot more balanced now. This tactic only having an AG of 50 seems very promising
Testing a 3-5-2 with DMs as it creates a nice M-M shape in possession. Didn't do brilliantly with City but had good goal difference.

New update in the house

Finally goalkeepers will dive from penalties, was annoying me since release

I wonder if it is best for fatigue purposes to have a training intensity schedule that is mostly no pitch or gym work besides the full heart condition. Loss of match sharpness is irrelevant if your team usually plays two matches a week.

That is what ZaZ has been using further up in this thread. My question regarding all of this is whether there is any improvement in attributes if it is only the fully fit players training
NandaldiaN said: how do you keep them fresh? i have a match every 2 freaking days and i cannot afford to rest them, how do you guys manage it?

You can definitely afford to rest them
@ZaZ are you still using those schedules and training intensities that you posted the other day?

I feel honoured
NandaldiaN said: Do we know whats better for team building? only focus on pace acc, follow genie scout ratings, or ykykyyk ratings ????

I have never used genie scout so I'm not too sure how it works. I think ykykyyk ratings are good but they were made for FM22 so are probably slightly outdated now, although I imagine it is mostly the same and they also say that speed is incredibly important.

I think speed is important for team building but isn't the be-all and end-all. Looking at this test above, Luton finished behind Liverpool and Manchester City because they both still have much better players than Luton despite Luton's speed advantage.

The best players in the world tend to be at the top of their game physically, but the technical and mental levels of Manchester City and Liverpool will push them above Luton.
