Introducing the "Brown Box", it is more or less the same as the Brazilian Box but with a few changes. Focus down the flanks has been removed, the wing-backs are now told to stay wide and no longer have "cross less often" and the volantes have "dribble more" and "take more risks". Tested with PSG and Le Havre

Logically it shouldn't work, but it did last year. People kept trying balanced mentality with tackle harder OR attacking mentality without it (aside from the tactic that was top before now)s

Not too sure. The ME will change a fair bit with full release and they could well make the game harder. There's another few bits with this tactic that I think could be changed but I'll wait a little
Added "tackle harder" to tactic made by @letsgo9 and @Delicious. Had a test earlier that had +5 when I just added tackle harder, so I am interested in the result.
Changing the mentality to attacking. Other than that it is very similar to the systems by @Blau and @Delicious. Tested with PSG (purely to see some numbers) and Le Havre.

Unless they think this game is too easy, I don't see them changing anything tactically. Last year, the only thing that worked on the Beta was a double pivot, but this year anything works to a degree. I think they'll turn down the injury frequency but that will be it
Okay I was definitely wrong about the width then, I've got one more of these shapes testing now with a few different instructions. But I reckon you've cracked this system
Mentality back to balanced, close down more on CBs, tackle harder re-added. City were a little underwhelming at times but KDB had a huge injury. Luton getting better every test, this time with a +9 GD!
I think it's just mostly cosmetic rather than slowing us down. Same goes for "step up more" but I'm not removing that yet
The RNG of 1,200 tests 1-3 points.
The RNG of 4,000 tests 0.5-1.5 points.
At least that RNG numbers were true for FM23.
We haven't measured the RNG for FM24 yet. It might be higher or lower.
What does all that above mean?
It means that let's say if you test some tactic for 100,000 matches and you get 60 pts then you can call it "the true score" of this tactic.
But if you test only for 1,200 matches then you can get 57,58,59,60,61,62,63 pts.
So adding "Tackle Harder" PI might don't do anything and this time it just hit the highest RNG for this tactic.
Let a man dream

This ME favours IF over IW it seems
