Bro you have to run a normal season with your tactic and show us your results with screenshots like this topic says. Then it will be tested in the testing league of the forum which is a custom league minimising randomness.

The only thing is that the game, year after year, is going downhill. If you pay attention to the official SI community, many of them are talking about the downfall of the game and I too wonder how far this can go.
Every year we have a "new" game the same as the previous year. They just upgrade its ugly graphics, introduce new unimportant(and often non-functional) features and it seems the teams working on the game have no cohesion with each other.
If we all start posting errors or omissions from something that came to our attention in-game then we should call the community FM-Buggers.

You have to take into consideration that those GS ratings are for FM22 and created for Blue 3.0 in mind. So i think you have to choose somehow the same tactic setup in FM23 to work 100%. Anyway some attributes like Acceleration, Pace etc for all the positions are important for every FM game so i will recommend change some attribute weights inside Genie Scout accordingly to your player/tactic needs. @Mark can answer more accurate on this.

The changes from your previous version are really irrelevant in this case and they can be removed.
We need to know what people try to test and how it's different from what that has been tested already.
