The ratings are calculated off the attributes testing and the position weight table. See the previous post from last years game for more details.
You should save the standard FMGS ratings file before loading and changing to this file so you can reload the default if you are not happy with my ratings.
The standard place for Genie Scout ratings files is C:\FM Genie Scout 22g\Ratings. If you did a custom install it will be in a folder called Ratings under the FMGS install directory. Once you have copied the file to the correct location you should be able to select my ratings file by clicking on the GS symbol in the top left of the screen, and then clicking Ratings in the drop down menu, and then MDW22 from the sub menu.
I have adjusted the weightings this year to try and align all the positions, as previously Wingers had much higher ratings.

No, it's too late. They are under the test already.
Btw, I might be wrong about the Pass Into Space TI but I'm 99% sure that what I said is correct. Yeah, I'm sure we all wish FM to be more transparent about how the things work.
ZaZ said: I took the freedom to upload your version together with mine, I hope you don't mind. In my experiments, pass into space and stay on feet didn't perform as well for strong team, but performed better for weak team, so the only way to know which one is better is testing here. Expand
As far as I know the "Pass Into Space" TI just adds "Take More Risk" PI to all the positions and that's all but usually, the "Take More Risk" PI is already present so adding "Pass Into Space" TI won't have any effect.
As I already said the RNG of 2 runs ( 304 matches ) can be as high as 7.5% so when you make a very small change or a change that doesn't make any difference then the RNG can easily send you in a wrong direction and I think it's very important to understand that.
cptdoggo said: Added a version with a minor tweak: Dribble more on central defenders. I am curious as to if this makes any difference in conceding/scoring since everyone seems to use it. If the team could test this out I would appreciate very much. Expand
unfortunately, the RNG of 2 runs ( 304 matches ) is bigger than the difference of that change so there's no point in testing it.

Thank you.
Please, add the league table and the starting eleven/players' stats. The date should be visible so people can get a clue what season it is.
Thank you.
Please, post correct screenshots of the tactic and don't remove them.

P.S.: Just looked at the tactic in the link, and there they show AF, but IWB instead. That's confusing.
He removed the previously uploaded screenshots.
@beinEthen, if you keep acting like that in the future then your tactics won't get tested.
Thank you.
You uploaded a wrong tactic.
Hi,
Please, update the opening post and upload the screenshots as attachments.
Thank you.
Please, do it yourself, I'm sure it'll be more informative and prettier if you do that.

@Mark, good work.
I think it deserves having its own thread

We'll test the new versions you upload but I just don't want you to be misled by the RNG
