Quick run with Lazio. Won C1 Cup and Seria A

Nice! The interesting about this tactic is the way the wingers move in the game. Sometimes they have space to run to the byline, but the prefer to stop and look for a player moving into channels for a through pass. In the end, it is like an underlap, but with the shadow strikers instead of wingbacks. The game ends up flowing mostly through the middle.

Just started my game with an amateur team from Sweden. I want to reach UCL in 4 seasons and win it after 2 or 3 years in the elite. Then I move to lowest division in England or Brazil.
Need people to test this. In my tests as well as healmuth's, it performs better than Blue . However, it probably won't be scheduled for testing since they already tested a couple of my tactics in 41320 shape. Need people to confirm it is good for it to be tested and go to the table.

In the meantime, I'll take a break of making strategies and focus on just playing for a while.
Probably because of bad personalities. To get complacent at 1x0 is not common, so they probably have low professionalism.
I disagree with the half time tips. It's better to have happy players than stressed players. In my experience, I prefer to compliment them as long as the team is winning. If not winning, I usually tell they are awful and they usually get motivated and turn things around.
I have updated the main post and deleted the tactics that were being tested by @healmuth so people don't get confused. In the end, I settled with Cross Less Often From Deep.
Most tactics with rate 6.0+ will get you to the top of the table and maybe lift some trophies with correct management. About the top 3 tactics, with grade of 7.0, there isn't much difference between them and you will most likely pile up trophies as long as you keep morale and physical condition fine.

It seems pretty bad for weak team. Goal difference from top was also worse. It seems like cross less often, and if you do, cross from deep (which is like a through ball). That way he first checks for passes, then for crossing if none is available.
healmuth said: I can confirm that early crossing produces better results. I forgot to take screenshots but i simmed with for 240 games total and Early Crossing came out on top every time.

On to test Early & Often

I am trying to identify what is the factor of improvement: crossing less often or cross from deep. If it is cross from deep, then it will be better with cross more often. The fact is that cross from byline seems weaker.

As a side note, when you put five teams with the same strategy, or 25% of the league, you end up reducing the amount of points that each team could achieve in a normal league. That happens because they end up taking points of each other, when in normal conditions the team with a better tactic could have a better chance to win. For example, maybe Tottenham would smash the other four teams, but ended up getting a draw or loss against them away from home.
Just a note. I tested the same tactics but with Cross More Often instead on WM. The result was Manchester City undefeated in the league, with 104 points, but Fulham stayed close to 60 points. Maybe it was a fluke from ManC, or maybe Fulham got bad luck in the one run. I will run tests again just in case.

Thank you for testing! It's good to see that you can win the league in holiday mode with any of the big teams, and get good results even with minors. Results are even better when you manage the team yourself, keeping the players in good shape and their morale high.
ZaZ Cyan is a variation of Blue where DW is changed to WM so they can be set to cross less often, as well as cross from deep. That means they will look for through balls from wide position instead of doing the usual winger role, which is a huge change in play style. Another change is that DLP is set as DM to give more stability in the back.

Holiday tested with Manchester City and Fulham.

Here are the titles won in holiday mode (won everything) and the general performance graph.

I believe this is an improvement over Blue and is different enough to deserve some attention. I would also like to thank @healmuth and @Zippo for being patient with me despite my high number of submissions.

For people on consoles, player instructions are listed below. Except for the goalkeeper, every player have Tackle Harder, Drible More, Shoot Less Often and Take More Risks, when available, so they have been omitted from the list. The other instructions are:
SK - Su: None
BDP - De: Stay Wider
IWB - Su: Get Further Forward
DM - Su: Hold Position
CM - At: Move Into Channels
WM - Su: Get Further Forward, Cross Less Often, Cross From Deep, Run Wide With Ball, Stay Wider
SS - At: None
healmuth said: Alright, ran three tests which should give some statistic stability at least (240 games)

Overall, the tactic is very good for stronger teams and has a good balance of attacking and defending. When looking at mid-table teams with CA140 or less, this tactic does not work as well as some others and is conceding too much. While offensively it still works very well, it really starts to struggle in the back.

I would say this is as good if not better than ZaZ Red for better teams but definitely worse for mid-and low table teams.

Averages
Position CA165: 1
Position CA140: 17.6
Goals CA165: 193.33
Goals CA140: 178.33
Conceded CA165: 70.33
Conceded CA140: 174.33

I wasn't expecting such a thoughtful report. Thank you! I will check if it can be improved further before creating a new post. I think it will work even better with a DM instead of DLP, to give some stability to the defense.
Zippo said: If we see that some tactic is getting great attention and very positive feedback from the community then we'll test it no matter what so if you think this tactic is really something special then you should make it as visible as possible for people to try it so putting it at the opening post or creating a new thread for it is a good idea otherwise it could lost between the comments.

I believe it's an improvement, but it's hard to say without an unbiased test. Gonna wait for the usual tests from @healmuth, then if it shows more promise than Blue, as I am seeing in my random play, then I create a new topic. Thank you for clarifying how it works and I hope I am not putting much work on you guys.
Zippo said: Hi,

It doesn't require creating a new thread. You just can edit the opening post of this thread and add the tactic and info about it.

Please, notice that we've already tested 3 of your tactics that use 41320 formation so there's a low chance of seeing another of your tactic that use this formation is tested.

Thank you for the reply. If it won't be tested, then I won't worry so much about it.
I've decided to rename Green into Dark Red, so I can focus on maintaining just two tactics, Red (attacking mentality) and Blue (positive mentality).

Here are the results for holiday test with 1st and 20th media prediction.

Got a variation of Blue that is basically a mix with Green. It worked pretty well on the holiday test, so I think it might be an improvement. @Zippo, should I start a new thread or it's fine to post just here?

Thank you for always testing the tactics, you have been very helpful to everyone.
My next try for Green will be positive mentality with defensive responsibility switched from winger to defensive midfielder (DW -> W and DLP -> DM).
