No, I'm not tracking injuries. However, if Very Attacking can get the same amount of points even with injuries, that would mean it's actually better. Right now I'm testing all mentalities to see which are good.
Cagado said: I think you should try Half Back at DM position looks very good to defend, and i am playing with other positions that look very strong. At MC you should try Advanced playmaker-ATK and AML/AMR Raumdueter looks broken they always score gols or making very good crosses. Expand
Just finished first test with balanced. For my setup, it got around the same number of points, but lower goal difference. Gonna run a couple more times to see how it goes.
Small sample size but first 2 games were the exact same tactic on very attacking, last 2 were on balanced. I think there's atleast something there. Expand
Was it the tactic posted above? I'm running test with balanced now to see how it goes.
Sane said: So, in the end, what to choose for the greatest efficiency? With two If-At and two AF-At? And what are the roles of the central midfielders? And are you sure that the very attacking mentality is much better than the positive one in this beta? Expand
I'll post when beta is over, because I'm still checking what works and what doesn't. It can still change a lot in the next week. If you wanna check to play yourself, then my current best is attached to this post, but I'm still trying to fix the leaky defense.

I didn't try cautious and balanced, gonna try later. Thanks for the tip!
Evilswarmer said: Zaz, are your results based on your FM2021 tactics? Expand
Blue 3.0 was the starting point, but it's not very good on FM22 beta. Now, the tactic has Very Attacking mentality, IW-At by the wings and AF-At at the front.

I mean, I changed in the main post because it was confusing. After you said it I noticed I should make it clearer, so I edited to state clearly "three CM-At instead of one CM-At and two DW-Su".
ArsenalHighbury said: do you think acceleration, pace, agility and dribbling are just as good as in fm21? Expand
It most likely is, since mobility will always be key in any kind of activity that requires moving. I'll be very surprised if those are not the most important attributes in FM22.
Nebuuuu said: I`ve tested ZaZ 3.0 with little tweaks and it works quite nice (Hertha BSC).
Idk if i do let my Wingers play IW or not. Because this YouTube FM Guy "BusttheNet Gaming" said in his last videos IW is OP atm. Also i let one striker play Target-Player (Piatek or Selke). So far Piatek has 12 matches, 15 goals.
If som1 need this tactic to try. All Credits to ZaZ & Co., it`s just a test. Expand
I suppose I should post this tactic to FM22 for anyone that wants to use it as a base for the new edition. However, Blue is not working so well in Beta.
I finally managed to get something good, after many tries. Gonna post it soon after some more refining (need to play it and see in practice for at least a season). @Zippo, testing will start after game release, right? I mean, after beta is over?

That's very similar to Fanatic, which is the best tactic with two AF.
Manidaro7 said: So when you make the transfer in the player search you put the acceleration, speed, agility and maximum elevation values for all the defenders and backward playmaker while for the other roles you put acceleration, speed, agility and dribbling? Expand
Yeah. The only exception are wingbacks, which don't do much dribbling and don't do much aerial play either. For them, I just use acceleration, speed and agility.
Pretty sure it's normal, it happened to me before in other leagues. You can have youth teams that don't play in a league, because they can still play friendlies, have their own coaches and also be available to higher teams.

Thanks, but I'm not a magician, just got lucky to have the best tactic last edition. There were a dozen of other tactics very close. Gonna try high crossing soon.
Most likely.

Hard to say without testing. FM-Arena will probably do at some point.
Gaksital said: Half Back at DM works effectively in my save game, also! Especially at the mentality of 'attacking'. RMD is better than before also.
In additon, Poacher is better than Advanced Forward, i think
I'll test other ST roles soon. Now I am testing DM roles.
Thank you for testing! Keep checking here and I will add improved versions as I do more testing. I feel like it can still improve a lot.

I will see if I can fit that after mentalities.

That's absurd! I wonder if play for set pieces also increase corners.

Only for breaking ties, because they are not as important to performance as those five attributes.
