You can pick any, then change the instructions and set pieces.

To win UCL with a team from Croatia in the second season is a big accomplishment! Gratz!

And if chasing a goal would it make sense to switch to more attacking mentality or is it better using touchline shouts etc.? Expand
It was good on FM21, but I didn't test how much it affects performance on this version. I'll try to check later.

It was removed because it used FM-Arena's set pieces, but there was a problem with their experiments and they are going to update it again. As soon as their set pieces are consolidated, I will put the tactic up again. If you have any question, look in the forum for FM-Arena's set pieces or ask @Zippo.

Should i use the Blue 3.3 AW tactic or should i wait for next or even the season after, because it´s for stronger teams? So far, 22 Bundesliga-Matches played, i`m 2nd-3rd behind Dortmund/Bayern, with Hertha.
Or is it okay or even better to use 3.3. Blue-AW now? It should be THAT much risky, right?
I`ll try it anyway, because have better offensive midfield winger than defensive winger. Expand
Don't bother changing tactics. If they are all same score and same goal difference, then they are statistically equal and it's better to use the one you have the best players for.
Joe said: Hi ZaZ, what sort of player have i got to look for in the RPM role ? more of a good defensive midfielder that has good marking, tackling, positioning and aggressive stats or is it a player with better passing and more of a player that keeps thing ticking over like good passing, creative, composure on the ball player. I played a full season with a custom team that I have created. I'm doing a challenge where I only use my youth academy and my youth talent - so, no transfers since I started. (Also, you'll notice that some of my players have a ! in the beginning of their names, it's just so I can identify who's a newgen and who's not).
I was promoted from Vanarama National and this was the first season playing in Sky Bet League Two. I used ZaZ 3.4 AW. All games were played, no holiday mode. The only tricky thing was the discipline, I had a lot of yellow and red cards. Other than that, 3.4 AW is amazing! Expand
Set players with yellow to ease off tackles, that helps a lot!
klokan said: hey @ZaZ , first of all gratz on another top tactic this year can you tell us please, what training do you use when it's time for international break? also, does it make sense to do the individual focus(quickness) on each player even though he can't be develop more than he did, for example some older players?
I suppose we can still let them train quickness becuase they decline less than they would if we don't put them on individual focus ? thx for answering Expand
Thanks! About the first question, I usually give vacation to my players and try to rest, or make some friendlies if they are not close to fatigue. If you have enough time, you can give players some rest, then do a mini pre-season of one or two weeks.
About quickness, I keep it on all players, even older, because I feel like it makes them keep their speed for a longer time, losing other attributes instead. I'm not sure if it really works that way, but I think they lose less speed when training quickness.
which version was the one that you and mark thought gave the best results , ive got loads in my ratings folder and i cant remember what order they i downloaded them in, would they work in FM21 or has everything changed between both games Expand
From my ratings, the one that subtracts 25 from all weights under 50 was the best, according to Mark's test. But I believe his scores might be better than mine since he tested that more than me.
I removed Blue 3.4 AW because of the problem described here. I will re-upload it after tests are done again. For Blue 3.4, I couldn't remove it because the delete button is not showing. @Zippo, can you fix that for me, please?

I have a question: Is it necessary to train the specific role? For example: Burki (POR) -> SK - SU? Expand
Thanks and congratulations! About your question, I always set training to the role because it affects tactical familiarity, like Poacher said above. However, I'm not sure how much that affects performance, and it's something very hard to test.

Remove either the SS or the left AF.
Work Rate, Pace, Stamina, Acceleration, Passing, Positioning and Decisions are the most important.
