Blue 3.0. Solid Blue is the same as Blue 3.0, but with Cautious mentality and goalkeeper set to Slow Pace Down. I'll add it to the first post.
TobyTriceps said: @ZaZ Do you change the tactic when meeting a team quite worse than your own?

I had some experience that I can't score against a very bad team, and if push my players in front, the other team usually scores...

Not really. When you can't score against smaller teams, it's usually because of complacency. It's usually more effective to yell at them at half time than changing tactics.

Also, I usually use train three tactics: Blue when I want to maximize goal difference, Solid Blue when I want to minimize goals conceded and Light Blue to save energy and take less cards. I don't use a tactic to maximize scoring. Dark Blue is a very attacking version that was added because people asked, not because I use it.

Not sure what you mean by that.
Call @Mark, he had one.
GlynnLFC said: Sorry for the constant uploads im new :D Third match with the lib and the third match in a row hes scored over 7 rating!!...i think my tweak may achieve this tactic a 7.3 rating on Arena ;)

Individual score of a single player doesn't necessarily mean the tactic is better overall. You can create a topic for it to be tested, but I highly doubt it will reach the 6.5 score mark. I'm not saying it to be mean, but Liberos just don't work well in this patch. Any tactic with score over 6.0 is good enough to win championships and impress, sometimes with even lower score than that. I remember having tested the same thing before and the results weren't that good, so I just dropped it.

kcetin20 said: Guys any filter for attributes that has been shared/made yet for this tactic ?

And if not for what do i need to look for SS paced striker and convert it ?

Just remember you can also convert other positions to SS, like CM players.

Maxeneize said: Do you know why the 2 ss dom't get green arrows as opossed of 2 strikers or 2 cms?

I suppose you mean cohesion lines? I'm not sure why they don't get it, it might be just a bug (devs forgot to implement it).
Droid said: In FM DMs, Full Backs, Central Midfielder and Central Defenders get lower rating compared with other positions. I think the devs did it work like that to prevent these from getting Golden Ball ahead for Strikers, Inside Forward and Wingers(like it happens in real life) because in FM the average rating during the season is what's taken into consideration when it comes to the Golden Ball winner.

I believe they have a high weight for dribbling, and those positions don't dribble as much. Defenders can still get good score when they get some goal from corner, or when they make many interceptions/disarms.

Han106 said: Not sure if it matters but what's the recommended pitch dimensions?

MAximum size. Longer field means more space behind opponents for through balls, while wider field means more space between opponents, allowing for more through balls.
Fjonkan said: Hi @ZaZ ! Very nice tactic you got here. Im curious if you let your assistant manager take care of press conferences or how do you deal with them? Also, do you let him take care of the team talks?

Thanks! I usually allow the assistant manager to handle press conferences, but I do the team talk myself. Team talk is a golden opportunity to fix problems with complacency or pressure.
fortune35 said: Athletic Bilbao's first 10 games all look good.

Looking good there, keep us posted!

P.S.: Some players are starting to show fatigue. You can see that in your medical centre, as well as the symbol "Rst". Make sure to rotate to avoid fatigue, as that can make your players lose performance even if they are in full condition and match fitness.
fortune35 said: Blue 3.0? 2 SS ?

Yes, Blue 3.0 with 2 SS. You have almost two months to get your strikers to accomplished, when it makes very little difference from naturals. That's at least eight friendly matches if you play once a week, or even more if you play every 5 or 6 days.
fortune35 said: Hello all.

What tactic would you recommend for athletic bilbao's first season 2 af or 2 ss ?

I would just run Blue and do lots of friendlies in the pre-season.
Machismo said: Is there a benefit in personally attending Press Conferences or just send in the Assist?

The only benefit is that, if you don't, your assistant manager might say things that lower your player's morale. Other than that, no harm at all.
cosmex said: quick question. does the number of stars (role ability) in the tactics page matter much? for eg. ihattaren is 4 stars as a inverted winger but since the blue zaz strat uses a support winger when i play him there hes 2.5 stars. does that mean hes significantly worse as a support winge

Just ignore the stars, they don't affect how well the player will do. However, I would prefer to use wingers with the same foot as side, to make it easier to cross from the byline.
goatmas said: Are you guys learning players traits? For example run into space on shadow strikers, get forward on central midfielder. And have you found any success/must have traits?

It's what @Lapidus said up there. All I can say is to not disrupt the tactic, because other than that, I'm not very qualified to talk about player traits. I have never done a comparative study about it, so anything I say would have no base.

However, someone made a comparison about traits for strikers and concluded that the best trait for them is run into space. That's all I can say, but I don't have the link to those tests.
Machismo said: 1) My BPDs Any "NEW TRAIT" to add to their skills for Zaz Red?
2) My DM Any "NEW TRAIT" to add to his skills for Zaz Red?

All are 'trait-less' at the moment.

In short, you only want traits that enforce what the tactic asks the player to do. Anything else has potential to disrupt the flow of the tactics.

For example, if a position has the instruction "hold back", then add "stay back at all times", but never "get further forward", since that would be opposite of what the tactic asks him to do.
DeviAngel said: This has to get tested. On my Sparta Prague test this tactic is doing great .

It was tested, 6.6 against 6.8 from Fanatic.
My experience loaning players out is awful. I only loan players I can't get rid off, but never for development. Every time I loan someone for development, they are either never played or get injuried the entire time. Possibly my fault for not choosing good teams for them, but I prefer the safety of home.
debelizec19 said: Dear ZaZ,
what do You think about young players, is it better to send them on loan or train them in young squad with good coaches?
Thank You!

I usually keep them at my team because I like to upgrade the youth setup to maximum. If I feel like some have potential to play in the main team soon, I will even let them train with the upper team and participate in some friendly matches.
Middleweight165 said: Why do you think they would be better?

@ta2199 just answered for me. Also, Fanatic seems to be working better than Comet, so if you want to use advanced strikers, that would be a better option.
Middleweight165 said: If I wanted to tweak ZaZ Blue 3.0 to be more like Comet (1xAM, 1xST), would I just move one of the AM into the ST position and change his role to AF? Are there any other changes I should make?

Also change the player instructions to match. However, I feel like Fanatic and Comet are possibly better than what you would achieve with a Tweak from Blue.
Tavares82 said: which of the two would you put in the title?

First. Fast is better, specially for wingers.
